The Lincoln Nautilus has evolved to stay ahead of the trends. Each year, new styles and technology have been introduced that put the Lincoln Nautilus ahead of the curve when it comes to luxury crossovers in Yuba City.

How the Drivetrain has Changed

In 2022, the Lincoln Nautilus came with two engine choices: a 2.0-liter I4 capable of 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque and a 2.7-liter turbocharged V6 producing 335 horsepower. In 2024, however, things changed, and the Lincoln Nautilus came with a hybrid system to replace the 2.7-liter. The hybrid drivetrain can produce 310 horsepower with the help of two electric motors, which is plenty of power for drivers from Oroville.

Improved Fuel Mileage

With the changes to the drivetrain of the Lincoln Nautilus over the years, the fuel economy has improved. In 2022, the 2.0-liter Nautilus got 22 mpg combined, and the V6 got about 21 mpg combined. The hybrid Nautilus introduced in 2024 gets 30 mpg city and 31 mpg highway, beating out previous model years by nearly ten mpg overall.

What Else Has Changed

In 2022, new features for the Lincoln Nautilus included a Premium package with 18-inch wheels, a power-adjustable steering column, a built-in universal garage door opener, and navigation. A luxury package included a hands-free tailgate, a Revel audio system with 13 speakers, and integration with the Lincoln app to lock and unlock doors. The color palette of the Lincoln Nautilus was overhauled, adding Artisan Blue, Green Gem, Iced Mocha, Red Carpet, and Chroma Elite Copper

In 2023, the minimum update for the Lincoln Nautilus was the introduction of Jewel Sandstone paint and the addition of live traffic updates to the built-in navigation.

For the 2024 model year, the hybrid drivetrain was introduced. The infotainment screen was also transformed into a dashboard-spanning screen that incorporates driver information as well.

Infotainment

The infotainment system is one of the fastest-changing parts of most vehicles today. Lincoln has introduced an infotainment screen custom to each vehicle, spanning the dashboard's width. All models on the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus came with a 13.2-inch touch-sensitive screen. That was done away with in 2024 to feather a 48-inch screen that stretches the whole width of the dash. There is also an 11.1-inch touch screen to offer more control of the system features like navigation, radio, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay, along with the addition of Amazon Alexa.

Interior

The interior of the Lincoln Nautilus gets more luxurious as you move up in trim levels. With more leather, aluminum accents, and wood trim, each trim level is transformed into its own style. These refinements have continued to be improved upon for 2022; the highest trim, Black Label, featured a faux suede headliner, which has been upgraded to a fine cashmere wool headliner, offering a warming touch.

The interior dimensions of the Lincoln Nautilus have remained the same over the years; with room in the cargo compartment for at least ten travel bags, the Lincoln Nautilus can carry passengers and their belongings in total comfort and luxury.
